Jazz band Blue Heathens provides stylish and atmospheric swing jazz band live music for your reception, event, wedding party, staff party, wedding, or company party!

The Blue Heathens and New Orleans jazz. Or a dry martini and an olive.
It seems as if they were created especially for each other. When Blue Heathens take to the stage and put their instruments to their lips, it seems as if they have been around since 1910. Their live music is the perfect soundtrack for the swinging jazzy dance party they always ignite!

Blue Heathens is happy to adjust the number of musicians—with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 7—to your wishes and location. This can be as a traditional mobile Dixieland street band or a static band.

  • Can we book the jazz band throughout Belgium?
    The jazz band can be booked in Antwerp, East Flanders, Flemish Brabant, Brussels, West Flanders, and Limburg, among other places. In short, throughout Flanders and the Netherlands!
  • What do I need to provide as an organizer?
    When booking, the jazz band brings all the necessary equipment with them. This way, we can always be sure that everything is available. As the organizer, you only need to provide power or an extension cord to the place where the musicians will be seated.

How long in advance does the jazz band arrive?

The jazz band normally arrives one hour in advance to set everything up.

How long does it take to prepare the material?

The jazz band needs approximately 25 minutes to set up completely and conduct a brief sound check.

How much space does the jazz band need at a minimum?

With 3 musicians, we require a minimum of 3m wide and 2m deep. With 4 musicians, we require 3m wide and 3m deep.
