Every year, the feeling for French chanson is rekindled. This is helped by the popular broadcasts of Radio Tour de France and also by the recurring holiday feeling. The sultry singing voice, the wonderful bass sound, a dissonant piano, and the drum sound make the repertoire of 'Hors Catégorie' accessible not only in summer but also in winter conditions! When you say 'Hors Catégorie', you think of endless 'déjeuners sur l'herbe', crickets and butterflies in your stomach. Occasionally, the languid Parisian ambiance is interspersed with jazz chords or skilfully arranged classics.

Hors Catégorie consists of four top musicians, each with a strong love of French chansons. The music brings you both melancholy and energy, all interspersed with a delightful nostalgia. The instrumentation and arrangements are top-notch, français à fond!

When booking, the jazz band brings all the necessary equipment with them. This way, we can always be sure that everything is available. As the organizer, you only need to provide power or an extension cord to the place where the musicians will be seated.
